I've been living with BDD since my pre-teens, and The Body Dysmorphic Disorder Foundation is the first charity I've encountered that both effectively raises awareness of the condition, as well as offers expert support and advice on how to overcome it.
BDD is a challenge I've faced for over 25 years now, so anything you can give to this fantastic charity would be very much appreciated!
In return, I'll drag my loudly protesting knees around this lovely 10km course a mere 7 days after my 39th Birthday (eek!).
